The roots are where everything begins. Before any meaningful change can happen, there has to be honest awareness of where you have come from, how your neurodivergence has shaped your story, and which narratives you have been carrying, consciously or not. This layer is about slowing down to look clearly, without judgment.
What we work through
With awareness of your roots in place, the work moves inward to the trunk, your core self. This is where you begin to understand who you genuinely are when you are not performing, masking, or adapting for others. Strengths are named accurately. Values become a compass. The goal is not to build a better version of who the world wanted you to be, but to find and stand in who you actually are.

A strong trunk can only grow outward through its branches. Once you know who you are, the work becomes building the external structures of your life to match that. Routines, communication patterns, boundaries, and support strategies, all designed around how your brain actually works, not how the world expects it to.

The leaves and fruit are what become visible when the layers beneath are solid. Confidence. Wellbeing. Meaningful work or contribution. Healthy relationships. These are not goals you chase; they are what naturally emerges when you are grounded in awareness, rooted in identity, and living within structures that support you. This is what flourishing looks like for your particular mind.
